Safes gets a tab on phones, and Health one row in the sidebar

Safes is a tab on iPhone and Android. The tab bar is now Items, Safes, Health and Settings. The generator is still one tap away: in the vault’s lists on iPhone (one step back from All items) and in the drawer on Android, under Tools. The generator inside the item editor is unchanged.
One Health row in the Mac and iPad sidebar. The sidebar showed Health twice: a plain row, then a second row with a large score ring that only appeared after you had opened Health once, and didn’t highlight when chosen. It’s now one row with a small ring and your score in its colour (green from 80, amber from 50, red below), filled in when the vault opens and kept up to date as you edit, as in the web vault.
Health’s categories on iPhone, iPad and the Mac. Each check opens its own list there too, as in the web vault (see Each Health check opens its own list).
